Drawing Schedule – Friday, September 30, 2016 at 1:00PM (3 Prizes)

First Prize            Up to $5,000 credit toward the winning order

Second Prize       Up to $2,500 credit toward the winning order

Third Prize          Up to $1,000 credit toward the winning order

Raffle Rules:

1 – All “Credit Approved” or “Pre-Paid” customers with good credit standing are eligible to participate.

2 – The drawings will take place at the Furniture of America Texas (FOA TX) showroom.

3 – All FOA TX registered customers are eligible, and participants need not be present during the drawings to win.

4 – Only orders from September 26th through 30th at 1:00PM are eligible.

Orders must be placed at the FOA TX distribution center in person. Orders made by phone, fax, email, or online is not qualified.

Must be 21 years old or older to participate.

Limited to warehouse orders delivered from U.S. distribution centers.

Does not apply to closeout merchandise.

All qualifying orders are non-cancelable or changeable once submitted.

All qualifying orders must ship when available and winning orders cannot be added to after the drawing.

5 – Prizes are solely applied as a discount credit to the specific winning order.

a. If the prize amount exceeds the order, the order will be 100% discounted but there will be no additional value to the prize.

b. Pre-Paid freight will not be included as part of the order total. The total is for FOA merchandise only.

c. There is NO CASH VALUE to the prizes drawn. Prize amounts cannot be applied to open balances or freight charges.

d. Limit one prize per dealer account.

If the order is paid before the drawing time, we will credit the same amount in the order to the winner’s account.

6 – Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email by Furniture of America representative.

7 – Participants grant Furniture of America the right to use their photographs and information for promotional purposes.
